Check the payment screen instead of assuming local support
For a Mexico campaign, distinguish the campaign budget from the currency and payment options actually available in your account. A country page does not establish support for any particular bank, cash-payment network or local wallet. Review Add funds and the final payment details before committing money.
Spanish-language content can address Mexico or a much wider audience. If Mexican geographic coverage is part of the requirement, find that condition in the selected service description. Accepting a Spanish-captioned post is not the same as offering location targeting.

Example: planning a launch within a fixed budget
Imagine a creator with a fixed campaign allowance and two public videos. Choose the metric for each video and compare the relevant services before splitting the budget. Check the minimum quantities, then use the estimator for each planned order. Leave the final decision to the native order form, where you can review the current charge. Keep any payment conversion separate from the service-rate calculation so the amount you add to the account and the quantity you order are not confused.
- Verify funding methods in the actual account.
- Separate currency conversion from the service estimate.
- Confirm Mexico targeting when the brief requires it.
Distinguish Mexican geography from Spanish-language content
An SMM panel Mexico comparison should separate a Mexico-based business, Spanish-language creative and a Mexican audience requirement. A Spanish post can address several countries, and a business address does not change the service’s audience specification. Use only geography explicitly described by the chosen option.
For a product launch, keep the Instagram profile, TikTok demonstration and YouTube explainer as separate records. A follower order concerns the eligible account; a view order concerns the accepted video. Do not select a cheaper metric merely because the creative has the same campaign name.
| Decision | Check in the brief or service |
|---|---|
| Mexican audience requirement | An explicit Mexico condition on the selected service ID. |
| Spanish-language campaign | Content language, separate from country coverage. |
| Several platforms | An individual accepted URL for each asset. |
Check whether a two-video launch fits the MXN allowance
When budgeting in Mexican pesos, compare the MXN client budget with the account currency and final order charge. A competitor’s OXXO or SPEI offering is not evidence of IAMPROVIDER support. Check current Add funds information, and keep payment references separate from service-order IDs.
- List the two published video URLs and the metric required for each; compare suitable services before dividing the allowance.
- Check each service’s minimum and estimate the two charges in the account’s displayed currency. If both permitted orders do not fit, prioritise one asset instead of entering a below-minimum quantity.
- Keep payment conversion outside the service-unit calculation, then review each final native charge. Keep the funding reference and the resulting order IDs as different records.
Before you submit an order
The account and order process is the same across these country guides. Use this checklist with the local campaign notes above.
Match the service to the target
Choose the platform, metric and service ID. A profile, post, video and invite link are different targets. Use the selected service’s required format and extra fields; keep the target accessible and its address stable while processing. Never provide a social media password or recovery code.
Compare the actual conditions
Check audience and language coverage, quantity limits, start conditions and after-order support. Average delivery time is not a deadline. Refill eligibility and its request window do not establish permanent retention or cancellation rights. Resolve any essential condition missing from the description before ordering.
Check the estimate and account charge
For a rate per 1,000, the estimate is rate × quantity ÷ 1,000; other pricing units may work differently. Keep currency conversion and payment-provider fees separate. Sign in, review the methods in Add funds and confirm the final native order charge. A public estimate or Continue button does not place a paid order.
Keep an order record
After confirmation, save the target, service ID, quantity and order ID. Follow the status before repeating an order or opening a support request. API clients should check an uncertain outcome before retrying and keep credentials private. Report the purchased metric separately from sales, audience interest or platform eligibility.
