Keep Dutch and international campaign goals distinct
A Netherlands-based creator may publish in Dutch, English or both. Decide whether the campaign needs a local audience or an international one. A business location, a content language and a service’s geographic coverage are different attributes and should not be collapsed into one label.
For a team comparing platform options, use the same metric when comparing prices. An Instagram follower rate and a YouTube video-view rate describe different services. Start with the content goal, then compare equivalent options within the relevant platform and target format.

Example: a Dutch tutorial with an English companion
Imagine a software creator publishing a Dutch tutorial and a separate English companion video. Track each public URL and its campaign purpose independently. Choose a matching service and quantity for each only after checking the description. If the goal requires a Netherlands audience, verify that condition explicitly. Keep your own sign-ups, support enquiries and viewing behaviour separate from purchased counts so you can assess whether the content helps the intended users.
- Separate the creator’s location from the audience brief.
- Compare like-for-like metrics and input formats.
- Track separate uploads with their own order IDs.
Match Dutch and English content to the actual publishing format
A Netherlands SMM panel comparison may concern a Dutch-language explainer, an English product introduction or a professional LinkedIn update. Record the platform and target type before choosing a service. A company page, personal profile and individual post are different destinations.
If Dutch and English versions share one upload with subtitles, check that upload’s public URL. If they are published independently, keep separate target records. Neither the content language nor a Netherlands business address establishes the country of accounts involved in a service.
| Decision | Check in the brief or service |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn company page | A page-level service with the accepted page identifier. |
| Product announcement | The individual post link when required. |
| Dutch and English versions | One shared upload or distinct public URLs. |
| Netherlands geography | An explicit service condition independent of language. |
Review a Dutch tutorial and its English companion separately
Compare the selected metrics separately from business enquiries or qualified leads. For agency work, limit shared order records to the necessary service identifiers and public targets; do not include social-media credentials. The account’s current payment methods and displayed currency determine funding, not the country-page title.
| Publishing arrangement | How to identify the target | How to judge usefulness |
|---|---|---|
| One tutorial with subtitles | Use the actual upload URL; subtitles do not by themselves create another destination | Read viewing behaviour and feedback in the creator’s own analytics |
| Separate Dutch and English uploads | Keep two published URLs and distinguish their selected services | Track sign-ups or support questions by version where your own records allow it |
| A LinkedIn post introducing the tutorial | Use the individual post or eligible company-page target requested by that service | Post activity and tutorial views describe different actions; do not report them as one lead count |
Before you submit an order
The account and order process is the same across these country guides. Use this checklist with the local campaign notes above.
Match the service to the target
Choose the platform, metric and service ID. A profile, post, video and invite link are different targets. Use the selected service’s required format and extra fields; keep the target accessible and its address stable while processing. Never provide a social media password or recovery code.
Compare the actual conditions
Check audience and language coverage, quantity limits, start conditions and after-order support. Average delivery time is not a deadline. Refill eligibility and its request window do not establish permanent retention or cancellation rights. Resolve any essential condition missing from the description before ordering.
Check the estimate and account charge
For a rate per 1,000, the estimate is rate × quantity ÷ 1,000; other pricing units may work differently. Keep currency conversion and payment-provider fees separate. Sign in, review the methods in Add funds and confirm the final native order charge. A public estimate or Continue button does not place a paid order.
Keep an order record
After confirmation, save the target, service ID, quantity and order ID. Follow the status before repeating an order or opening a support request. API clients should check an uncertain outcome before retrying and keep credentials private. Report the purchased metric separately from sales, audience interest or platform eligibility.
